Gillespie Illinois can be found at the intersection of Illinois Route 4 and Illinois Route 16.

Approximately 50 miles East of St. Louis Missouri, Gillespie can be easily accessed by US Interstate 55.  
Just take Illinois Highway 138 West through Benld Illinois to Route 4 North.
